WRG were contracted to produce and deliver both the Senior Celebration and Graduation Ceremony in Carnegie Mellon’s new building at Education City in Doha. As well as designing the stage set and branding for the celebrations, the team also managed all of the technical elements and logistics, including the catering and entertainment, which was a local string quartet.

The graduation celebrations commenced with the Senior Celebration, a gala dinner evening of awards, accolades and remembrances held in the grand entrance of the Carnegie Mellon building. For the formal graduation on the following evening, a new set backdrop was installed and the room layout was transformed to hold more than 500 people celebrating the achievements of the 36 members of the graduation class of 2009. HH Sheikha Hanadi bint Nasser bin Khaled Al Thani delivered the commencement speech and an international buffet dinner was provided following the ceremony.
